Security is probably not one of your first concerns if you are new to CRM and intend to start out with a small sales team. However, customer data is usually considered confidential in virtually all industries. In some industries (e.g. banking, insurance, healthcare) confidentiality of customer data is vital. Hence, it is probably a good idea to verify that your CRM System was designed with security in mind.
